The Statutes of Play Resource to Your Community & Environment (PRYCE) CBO serve as the organization's principal governance framework, outlining its mission, objectives, organizational structure, leadership responsibilities, membership provisions, and operational procedures. These Statutes guide the conduct and administration of the organization and ensure accountability, transparency, and effective stewardship in pursuit of PRYCE CBO's development goals. The current version was duly reviewed and adopted during a Special Board of Management meeting held in June 2024 and remains the governing instrument of the organization.
